Should one of our Camps be canceled before the first day of Camp, as a result of extreme weather or other situations directly affecting the Players and Staff safety, a full refund will be provided minus the Registration processing fees. Additionally, should our Camps be canceled after the first day of Camp, then a pro-rated refund minus processing fees will be provided. In the alternative to a refund, the amount paid for our Camps can be credited to a future Camp or Clinic.
